The shoe does not fit your feet

You have to concern about the gap between the shoe and heel and arch areas of the wearer, because a shoe can be indicated that is too long and too wide. This situation can cause your foot shifting around in the shoe when you are walking and surely got pain and discomfort when you wear it. Over the years, you may be surprised to find that the size of your shoe has changed. This is happen because hormonal changes and natural changes that can cause a change in foot size.
